Good emulsifying effect makes the oil easily absorbed by gluten and improves the mechanical properties better.
Expansion during baking makes protein foam easily, increases volume and solidifies gradually with baking, which makes the central layer structure form porous spongy loose body.
Improve product porosity and taste, extend the shelf life.
When add 0.125-0.5% DATEM to the biscuits, the amount of fat in biscuits could be reduced by about 20% to achieve good health care and edible effect.
It can play a good emulsification and lubrication role in puffed food, reduce extrusion pressure, reduce equipment wear, make the product surface smooth, pore fine, crisp taste, reduce the hygroscopicity of the product, prolong the shelf life.
Storage & Transportation:
Sealed and stored in the low temperature, dry, cool and well-ventilated place, in order to prevent from moisture and caking. Strictly forbid storing and transporting with materials that is explosive, combustible or deleterious. The shelf life is 12 months.
